We’ll work together with you to manage:

  • Developments with a wide range of communal facilities and equipment such as lifts, entry/security gates, water pumps, heating boilers and door entry systems 
  • All health and safety considerations, to ensure that your development is safe and compliant with regulations and the latest legislation
  • Service charge modelling across mechanical and electrical equipment, infrastructure, fixtures and fittings, redecoration, utilities and communications, grounds, operating costs, staffing and phasing 
  • All regulatory obligations, including those relating to health and safety
  • Training for your sales teams on new-build developments so they can explain our role as property factor
