Our FirstPort Scotland team is led by Director of Regional Operations Ed Cooper, whose leadership brings strategic oversight and a strong focus on service quality and community engagement across our portfolio.
Each development is supported by a dedicated property manager, providing a clear point of contact and building a strong understanding of the development, its residents, and the unique needs of the local community. This allows us to take a proactive, informed approach to our property factoring.
Behind every property manager is a network of specialist in-house teams, covering areas such as maintenance, health and safety, procurement and service charge accounting. Together, they provide the expertise and support needed to manage developments effectively, no matter their size or complexity.
Our team works closely with residents, housing associations, councils and contractors, maintaining open lines of communication and a collaborative approach. Combined with our Glasgow-based customer service team, we ensure enquiries are handled promptly and issues resolved efficiently so residents always feel supported.
