Our Corporate & Social Responsibilities
Our principles
Health & Safety – Our Priority
We are supported by in-house health and safety specialists who ensure full compliance and consistently high standards. Over the past ten years, this has been recognised with four and five-star ratings from the British Safety Council, as well as an ISO 45001 certification for Occupational Health and Safety Management.
Communication
We believe in clear, open and proactive communication with residents about their homes and communities.
Through our online customer portal, My Home, residents can view statements, make payments, report repairs and stay informed with the latest updates.
Alongside this, our local teams visit developments regularly and provide opportunities for engagement through resident meetings and surgeries, either in person or online.
Managing Development Finances
Our team of Service Charge Accountants work hand in hand with Property Managers across Scotland to build clear, detailed service charge estimates that deliver value for money, helping to keep the developments we manage well maintained.
We remain committed to transparency in how budgets are set and managed, working closely with homeowners to ensure clarity, accountability and value for money across every development.
Environment
We look after the places we manage with care and attention, putting our residents, communities and long-term upkeep first.
Our International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) 14001 Environmental Management Certification recognises our commitment to sustainable and responsible environmental management.
Our Corporate Social Responsibility commitment is centred on four key areas:
- Making a positive impact in the communities where we operate, including initiatives such as community tree planting and participation in the Great British Beach Clean.
- Encouraging a strong culture of community spirit within residential developments.
- Supporting our people to develop and succeed in their careers and wider contribution to society.
- Reducing environmental impact and continually improving the sustainability of the places we manage.
